Celebrate Local Favorite “Not Pizza” at Water Tower Live
If you live in Oaks, you already know that some of the best things around here are homegrown. This weekend, the community gets the chance to celebrate one of our own success stories. Water Tower Live is hosting the Not Pizza One-Year Anniversary Party on Saturday, January 17 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and it is shaping up to feel more like a hometown reunion than just another event.
From Local Idea to Local Legend
Not Pizza started right up the road in Pottstown — a small team with a big, quirky idea and a bold canned cocktail. In just a year, it has turned into one of the region’s favorite brands, showing what happens when local people rally behind local creativity.
For many residents, Not Pizza has become something to root for. It is the kind of story that feels familiar around here: hardworking people, a sense of humor, and a product that brings friends together.
Water Tower Live said it has been fun watching Not Pizza grow from a local concept to a regional name, and hosting the anniversary party feels like the Oaks and Phoenixville community showing up to cheer on “our” brand.
A party that feels like Oaks
The night is designed to feel like the kind of celebration you share with neighbors:
Live hometown music – The Not Pizza Boys get things started, followed by a full band performance by local favorite Luke O’Brien
Giveaways for early birds – The first 100 guests through the doors get a free Not Pizza koozie and sticker
Community hang-out vibes – Specials on Not Pizza drinks, specialty pizza slices, and Water Tower Live’s full menu available
All the fun under one roof – Bowling, axe throwing, arcades, and billiards make it easy to make an evening of it with friends or family
Not Pizza founders Chris Lerch and Luke O’Brien
